Accomodation cost

Partners have to directly fill the hotel form (download form) and send it to the hotel to book the rooms that are already blocked under the name of GA Phosphorus (it includes accommodation and breakfast). The room cost is:

Aeropuerto El Prat (BCN) - Barcelona city:

Train:
The airport is about 20 minutes away by local train which runs every half hour. You have to take the train from airport to the third stop and the hotel is across the road from the station.
Bus:
You can take the bus to city centre, stopped in Plaza Espanya and there take the metro L3 (green line), direction "Zona Universitaria", metro station: "Sants Estació" ("Sants Station") - see map of Barcelona metro. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the station.
Taxi:
The passege to the hotel is about 30 minutes, depending from city's traffic. The cost is about 25€.

Bus:
You can take the bus to city centre, stopped in Plaça Sant Joan and there take the metro L5 (blue line), direction "Cornellà Centre", metro station: "Sants Estació" ("Sants Station") - see map of Barcelona metro. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk from the station.

The passege to the hotel is about 60 minutes, depending from city's traffic. The cost is about 100€.

Deadlines:
Please use one form per person.

Hotel registration:
Forms must be filled before March and payment should be done before 7^th of March of 2008. Since all the booked rooms are going to be unblocked after the 7^th of March, so maybe people will not find room after March 7^th.
Conference Fee:
Forms must be filled before 12^th (since everything has to be booked in advance) of March and payment should be done before 20^th of March of 2008. No GA meeting registrations will be accepted by telephone.
